UVblade
UVblade uses 308 nm UV photons to gently detach delicate polymer-based displays from their rigid glass carriers in a Laser Lift-Off (LLO) process.
LLO is a mission-critical step in manufacturing flexible displays. UVblade provides a cost-effective solution for LLO. In addition to high optical efficiency, UVblade provides broad scalability in line lengths and energy density for process optimization.
